Our modern fully-equipped China facilities ensure fast response on your tooling and molding needs. We are capable of producing both prototype and production molds with minimal lead times. Our teams are staffed with highly skilled and experienced mold engineers, and our facilities are equipped with the latest machinery. On site resources give us direct control of the entire project and revision capability.

We provide our customers lower cost offshore tooling and molding options. Depending on a number of factors, each project may be better manufactured in China or here in the U.S. Such factors include product size, production run quantities, labor content, and others.

Our injection molding machines vary in size from 30 ton to 350 metric tons. We process most thermoplastic materials including medium and high impact ABS, low and high density polyethylene, polypropylenes, rigid and flexible PVC, nylons, polycarbonates, styrenes, polyurethanes, acetals, polyesters, and glass filled versions of these materials. We also offer conductive plastics, EMI shielding materials, thermoplastic elastomers and many other materials. We also do metal insert overmolding, multi-material, multi-color overmolding, and specialize in clear polycarbonate and acrylic molding.
