Injection Molding Services
Shadow's Ridge Inc. specializes in small custom, precision parts and assemblies to offer it's customers a source from project start through full production. For Injection molded parts we are capable of tooling and producing low volume production very economically for customers who initially need precise molded parts for their projects. Using proprietary molding systems, both in-house and with our Chinese facilities certain parts can be tooled quickly and inexpensively.

Specialty Molding
Some customers require complex molded parts, but cannot justify complex and expensive mold tooling due to projected volume. In such instances it makes sense to prepare a simpler mold and add features to the production parts with secondary operations. Such features might include side holes, tapped holes, o-ring grooves, milled threads, etc. Other variations of specialty molding might include two-color molding, insert molding, and two-material over molding.

High Volume Molding
For production of small parts, our equipment is ideally suited to operate around the clock for projects requiring hundreds of thousands of parts. Our Chinese facilities will do both small volume to millions of parts.
