Shadow's Ridge is a custom injection molder located in Winchester, Virginia. We also have facilities in China to provide comprehensive production services in both plastics and zinc or aluminum alloys.
We do both short run or small batch molding as well as high volume molding. Capabilities also include insert molding, overmolding, CNC post machining, CNC engraving, ultrasonic inserting and product assembly.
Our well equipped precision CNC machine shop gives us the capability of prototype through production of our customers' projects. We do precision machining of prototypes, production machining in plastic and aluminum, and secondary operations on injection molded parts. Our tool room supports the maintenance needs of our customers' molds. We build fixtures for product assembly and contract machining.
Our expansion overseas has greatly increased our capabilities
to provide our customers with high quality, quick delivery,
low cost molds, molding services and numerous related decorating
services. This also gives us sophisticated mold making capabilities
for projects our customers require be produced in the U.S.
Our U.S. facility has machines from 30 to 350 metric tons.
