Secondary Operations
To compliment short run or small batch molding, Shadow's Ridge offers in- house secondary operations on plastic parts. Often customers needing low volume parts in a product life cycle find it more economical to have us build mold tooling for the basic shape and complete the part using secondary operations. Some advantages of this approach are:

• Left & Rights from same blank
• Simpler, less expensive mold tooling
• Shorter mold tooling lead time
• Design changes as product matures
